Our process includes:

• Chlorine-free products, including free and clear bleach for whites.
• A custom detergent blend, in-wash detergent booster for extra cleaning power, and Downy fabric softener with free and clear dryer sheets.
• Careful sorting by color—darks with darks, lights with lights.
• Gentle washing: darks in cold water, whites in warm/hot water for stain removal and brightness.
• Low to medium heat drying, followed by professional folding.

For special instructions, simply add a note to your order. Plus, to help protect the environment, we use reusable laundry bags for pickup and delivery.
