Welcome to bdbox.xyz, also known as Laundry Bangladesh. We are an online, on-demand laundry service provider in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of bdbox.xyz, including its related domains, subdomains, website, Android app, iOS app, and other tools and services. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
B. CONDITIONS OF USE
SECTION 1 – YOUR ACCOUNT
To use our services, you must register on our website or mobile applications (Android/iOS). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, email, account details, and private information. By using our services, you agree to secure and protect your account and personal information.
SECTION 2 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 3 – TERMS OF SERVICE
Our service hours for processing orders are applicable from 8 AM – 9 PM. The estimated completion times are:
- Wash & Fold: 48 hours
- Wash & Iron: 48 hours
- Dry Cleaning: 48 hours
- Ironing: 24 hours
Orders placed on government and public holidays are not included in the committed delivery timeframe. If your laundry is ready before the selected time slot, we will contact you to confirm your availability.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING
bdbox.xyz reserves the right to modify service offerings and prices at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of our services.
SECTION 5 – REGISTRATION AND PROFILE
To register on bdbox.xyz, you must provide a valid mobile number for OTP verification. After verification, you need to set your location/address using Google Location Services. We require access to your location for pickup and delivery purposes.
SECTION 6 – PLACING AN ORDER
- You can order multiple services simultaneously (e.g., wash, dry clean, ironing, etc.).
- Please review your order details carefully before placing an order.
- If you have a valid promo code, you may apply it during checkout.
- Ensure that you check the pickup and delivery schedule before confirming your order.
- Our delivery executive will collect garments from your address. You may add or remove items at the time of pickup.
- If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order, we will notify you.
SECTION 7 – CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel your order anytime before pickup.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the pickup is completed.
- If a payment has been made, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
SECTION 8 – REFUND POLICY
If eligible, bdbox.xyz will process refunds as per our payment policy. To request a refund, please email info@bdbox.xyz. Refunds may take up to 7 working days, subject to banking and other unforeseen delays.
SECTION 9 – INVENTORY
bdbox.xyz is not responsible for any items that are not listed in your order. The customer agrees to abide by the details provided in the order.
SECTION 10 – LOSS AND DAMAGE
- Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.
- If any item is lost or damaged by bdbox.xyz, we will compensate up to 10 times the service cost for that garment.
SECTION 11 – USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
bdbox.xyz reserves the right to partner with third-party vendors or service providers without prior notice to customers.
